ABOUT ME
Hello and welcome to my website. I'm Jake! As an original "County Boy", I have lived in the region my whole life. I have been humbly serving Prince Edward County, Northumberland and Hasting County since 2016 and know the area very well. I specialize in waterfront properties, STAs, first-time-buyers, vacant and rural properties, and consider myself to be an expert at country living! In my younger days I worked at my parent's animal sanctuary outside of Picton growing up with lions, tigers and bears (oh my!). It was an incredible time and part of the reason why I have such a deep appreciation for nature and all of its wonders. Following this, in my twenties, I began an apprenticeship and joined the Toronto Local 721 Ironworker's Union. After becoming a Journeyman I spent the following 15 years in the trade. This enabled me to have a thorough understanding of all the trades, as well as, building construction and different structures as a whole. My wife and I created a straw bale homestead where we homeschool our 3 children and dabble in other hobbies such as perma-culture gardening, bee keeping, Cross-Fit and being creative. We also run an STA on our property and enjoy having fun participating in our wonderful community.
